Sealed proposals are requested for the construction of a new gymnasium at Albany Middle School, located at 28675 Reeves Street, Albany, LA 70711. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract to furnish all materials, perform all work, supervise, coordinate, and administer the project. Bidders must include a cashier's or certified check or acceptable surety proposal bond of not less than 5% of the bid as a guarantee to promptly enter into contract and execute bonds if awarded. A performance and payment bond of 100% of the contract amount will be required from the successful bidder, including all associated costs.
