Foundation Stabilization with High Density Polyurethane Foam (HDPF) for maintenance and repair of highways and roads, including tasks such as mobilization, and provision of traffic control for single and double lane closures on 2-lane and multi-lane roadways as specified in the contract terms. Bidders must not submit pricing during Phase 1 and should submit unpriced technical offers according to instructions. Only those whose technical offers are found acceptable in Phase 1 will be invited to submit pricing in Phase 2 during the online reverse auction event. All submissions must be made online as hard copies or emails will not be accepted. Vendors are required to register with the bidding platform if not already registered and ensure all contact and account information is accurate before submission. The awarded supplier is responsible for a transaction fee to the bidding platform as detailed in the terms and conditions. Traffic control must meet the contract requirements for lane closures on specified road types.
