Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lafayette, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a 1,200-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; 2,150-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The Work consists of four schedules: Schedule 1 (Base Bid) - Madison Street (Third Street to STA 27+07): The Work consists of approximately 530 tons of asphalt overlay and inlay, 3,400 square yards of asphalt grind, approximately 500 square feet of base repair and other work as defined in the Bid Documents. Schedule 2 (Additive Alternative) - Madison Street (Third Street to STA 14+27): The Work consists of approximately 1,200 square feet of concrete sidewalk, and other work as defined in the Bid Documents. Schedule 3 (Additive Alternative ) - Madison Street (STA 15+12 to STA 27+07): The Work consists of approximately 2,150 square feet of concrete sidewalk, and other work as defined in the Bid Documents. By submitting an electronic bid, the bidders certify that the signature on the electronic bid is treated as an original signature for the purposes of the bid. Bidders must submit their sealed bids digitally in PDF format, clearly marked for the project, via email. No hard copies or faxed bids will be considered. Bidders are required to comply with relevant Oregon Public Contracting Laws, submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Statement, and meet wage rate and licensing requirements. Each bid must include a Bid Bond not less than five percent of the bid amount. The City of Lafayette reserves rights concerning bid acceptance and may hold bids for review for up to sixty days.
