The project includes new gear shed installations with electrical service, insulation, and air conditioning, with shed sizes and requirements varying by location, in accordance with the plans and specifications associated with this request. The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County), on behalf of Clay County Fire Rescue (CCFR), is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish, install, and upgrade permanent firefighter gear storage facilities at multiple Fire Rescue stations throughout Clay County, Florida, in accordance with the plans and specifications associated with this Request for Bids (RFB). Bidders are to submit all inquiries regarding this request in the "Question and Answer" tab. Contact with any member of the Board, county employees, Evaluation Committee members, or any agent of the County regarding this request during the bid period is prohibited except as outlined in the exceptions, such as inquiries to the Purchasing Department if specified, pre-bid conferences, and formal presentations to the Evaluation Committee or Board if contemplated in the request.
