Site work for a civil project in Swanzey, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This contract includes repairs to the 3 septage tanks, 2 primary clarifiers, and the top of the sludge storage tank. Questions regarding this project shall be directed to Purchasing & Contract Services Manager, in writing, via the current project database WORK INCLUDED: A. Coating of the steel components in the two (2) primary clarifiers, including, but not limited to, the center well, walkway, rake arms, and scum box. B. Perform primary clarifier stair repair on Primary Clarifier 1. C. Repair concrete walls, ceilings and floors of the bicarbonate and septage receiving tanks as shown in the plans. D. Coating of the walls and ceilings of the bicarbonate and septage receiving tanks. E. Repair and coating of the concrete sludge storage tank roof as shown in the plans. F. The Contractor shall regrade the disturbed area after all equipment has been removed from the site and re-seed affected areas. G. The Owner shall be responsible for draining and rinsing all tanks.
