Sealed bids are requested for the Whiskey Hollow 670 PFAS Remediation Project. Contractors may obtain contract documents at no cost. Bid security is required, either as a certified or bank cashier's check for 5 percent of the bid amount or a bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or required data, or any incomplete or irregular bids. All applicants, including subcontractors, must have an active Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number. The District is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer, and disadvantaged business enterprises, including small, minority-, and women-owned businesses, are encouraged to submit bids. All work performed is subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates. The project is funded through the Washington State Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program with federal funds from the Environmental Protection Agency. DWSRF requirements and provisions must be met by Washington State licensed general contractors and all subcontractors. Custom bid Result.
