Reference Number 0000415712 The City of Lafayette seeks qualified firms to provide comprehensive design, engineering and construction services for the renovation and expansion of the Service Center. The Service Center serves as the operational hub for maintenance of all City utilities, streets, fleet vehicles, parks and open spaces and will house facilities services once renovated. It currently stores City fleet vehicles and equipment and provides seasonal storage for tools and resources necessary to sustain critical City operations. The scope of the project includes renovation and upgrades to portions of the 34,000 sq feet of attached buildings, inclusive of all unconditioned equipment bays, fleet maintenance bays, storage space, office/kitchen, and core and circulation. Potential for space additions and/or reconfiguration is possible. The selected design/build partner will design the project in partnership with the City and construct the project within the Fixed Limit of Design & Construction Cost specified, and furnish all the services, labor and materials to perform all the work, including design, for the complete and prompt execution of the project, in accordance with the contract documents.
