Renovation of a water / sewer project in Black Mountain, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work includes materials and equipment procurement, mobilization, site preparation, cofferdam construction, toe abutment block and sill repairs, chute slab repair, Fusegate reconstruction, stilling basin repair, removal of waste materials from the work areas, deconstruction of cofferdam following completion of work, and demobilization. Bid documents and instructions may be obtained digitally at no cost from the City procurement website. All updates to this solicitation shall come in the form of published addenda and shall be published to the same location. Neither the City nor the Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bid Documents including any addenda obtained from any other source. The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Deadline to Submit Questions is March 23, 2026 at 5:00pm.
