The Coaldale-Lansford-Summit Hill Sewer Authority (CLSHSA), Carbon County, Pennsylvania will be receiving bids for cleaning, televising, and selective lining/repair located within the municipalities of Coaldale Borough, Lansford Borough, and Summit Hill Borough in Carbon and Schuylkill Counties, Pennsylvania. Project activities will take place at multiple locations throughout the existing collection system where excessive infiltration and inflow have been identified through prior flow monitoring. Specifications will be available online. Contract documents for the work can be obtained electronically at no cost. A fee will be charged for postage and handling for hard copies. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled. Questions must be submitted through PennBid. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid. Bids must be effective for sixty (60) calendar days. The successful Bidder must provide and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each for 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. CLSHSA reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or portions thereof, and to accept any Bid or portion of Bid, and the right to waive any immaterial defects in the bidding process, which is deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
