**As of April 27, 2026, project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed bids are being requested for turnkey design/build services for roof improvements at two locations: Greencastle High School McAnally Center and Deer Meadow Primary School. A single prime general contract will be issued for each location or for both locations combined. Bid categories are as follows: Bid Package A for Greencastle High School McAnally Center, Bid Package B for Deer Meadow Primary School, and an optional combined package. Bidders must deliver sealed bids to the specified address by the indicated deadline. All work must be in accordance with the project manual and intent. A 100% performance bond and labor and materials payment bond are required. A 5% bid security must accompany bids, payable to the owner. Bidders must comply with applicable equal employment opportunity laws and Indiana public bidding rules, including pre-qualification through the Indiana Department of Administration. Bids must be submitted on Indiana Form 96, and additional requirements are in the project manual. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or combinations thereof, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors as permitted by law.
