Sealed proposals will be received for supplying the following estimated materials, delivered F.O.B. to the Township Shed or available for pick up: 5,000 gallons Diesel, 20,000 gallons E-5, 500 tons 1B Limestone, and 1,000 tons 2A Limestone. Bids must be submitted using the form provided by the municipality, clearly marked as a bid, and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, payable to the municipality. A performance bond for 100% of the bid amount is required if awarded. All materials must be state approved. The right to reject any or all proposals is reserved.
