Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Dandridge, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of replacing existing concrete sidewalks, concrete curb and gutter, concrete curb ramps, and all other items shown on the plans and specified for a complete project. Improvements are to be installed along both sides of Mechanic Street from 10th Street to Market Street and both sides of Meigs Avenue from 10th Street to Market Street in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Bids are to be submitted as Unit Price for all work shown on the plans and in the specifications, with unit prices for extras as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids must be submitted in duplicate on State Board of Accounts Form No. 96, with an executed Form 96a or similar document. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid must accompany each bid, payable to the City of Jeffersonville Board of Public Works and Safety. The awarded contractor must provide a performance and payment bond extending one year after final acceptance, in the amount equal to the contract bid price, and certificates of all insurance described in the contract documents. Contractors and subcontractors must comply with Indiana Code 5-16-6, Executive Order 11246, and pay not less than the wage rates established by the Davis Bacon and Related Acts as indicated in the contract documents.
