The tank’s ancillary equipment and systems will be replaced as well. The Contractor’s bid should include all labor, supervision, material, supplies, equipment, inspections, and any other incidentals required for the work as described in this Scope of Work, and as supplemented by the bid documents. The Contractor's firm is presumed to hold all necessary licenses and other qualifications, and the work will be required to meet all local, state and federal codes, laws, rules and regulations. Any discrepancies Contractor may discover among the Scope of Work, and applicable laws, rules, codes, or regulations should be brought to Veolia’s attention with Contractor’s quotation. For purposes of pricing the work, the Contractor should assume that the most stringent of the foregoing requirements will apply to your work. Should the Contractor be awarded a subcontract, no additional compensation will be granted for compliance with any of these requirements. The Contractor shall consider and acknowledge that they will be working on an operating treatment facility, and therefore, the construction work shall not interrupt or disrupt normal operations. All the work shall be scheduled and performed in a way that sodium hypochlorite is available for disinfection 24/7, no exceptions. The Contractor shall consider the use of temporary totes, or similar, to accommodate this requirement during shutdowns, tie-ins, demolition, etc. VEOLIA-PROVIDED ITEMS: Veolia will be responsible for providing the following materials and services for this project.
