Sealed bids are requested for the installation of an electronic access control system at Elkins City Hall in Elkins, West Virginia. Bidding documents are available for review at designated locations and may be obtained from the architect for a non-refundable fee, which includes hard and digital copies. There is no requirement for a Bid Bond or Performance and Payment Bonds. Bids must not be withdrawn for 90 days after the opening without the owner's consent. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Full opportunity is afforded to minority-owned business enterprises. Neither US Department of Labor Wage Rates nor West Virginia Division of Labor Wage Rates are applicable to this project.
