Renovation of a multi-residential development in Sylvania, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-unit multi-residential development; one-unit multi-residential development; and three-unit multi-residential development.

The work consists of two contracts for the renovation of specified developments. Contract A involves the renovation of Development GA06P152001, including one apartment in one building, and Development GA06P152003, including three apartments in two buildings. Work includes removal and replacement or installation of interior doors, hardware, frames, exterior door hardware, screen doors, cabinetry, wall finishes, ceiling finishes, flooring, attic insulation, plumbing fixtures, heating registers, electrical service, wiring, devices, and fixtures, as well as installation of new attic separation walls where indicated. Contract B involves similar renovation work for Development GA06P141002, covering one apartment in one building. All bidders are required to submit complete, responsive bids for both Contract A and Contract B. Award of contracts will be based on the combined total of the bids for both contracts, provided the proposed bid for Contract B is accepted by the owner. All prime contractors, subcontractors, or material suppliers may obtain bid documents from the Architect for a non-refundable charge. A bid guarantee equal to not less than 5% of the bid amount must accompany each bid. Successful bidders will be required to furnish satisfactory assurance of contract completion. Minimum salary and wage requirements as set forth in the General Conditions must be met, and Equal Opportunity Employment must be provided. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after opening without owner consent. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bidding.
