The project includes general site grading, installation of storm drainage, sidewalks, curb and gutter, asphalt paving and striping, and nine pickleball courts at the West Jackson County Soccer Complex. Bids must be sealed and addressed with the bidder's name, mailing address, name of the bid item, and the bidder's certificate of responsibility number or a statement that the bid is less than $50,000. When submitting an electronic bid, it must be in pdf format with the same required information as paper bids and secured with a bid bond.
