A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Village of North Palm Beach is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide parking lot improvements within the Village of North Palm Beach. The awarded bidder will provide services in accordance with approved construction plans. The scope of the project includes construction of paving and parking improvements to the Village of North Palm Beach Community Center Parking Lot, rehabilitation of the pavement structure through milling and resurfacing, isolated segments of full depth pavement reconstruction, root pruning as needed, placement of new wheel stops, signing and pavement markings, and installation of PVC irrigation sleeves.
