Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Menifee, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes the construction of one parking lot and one onsite/offsite improvement. Bids must be submitted only on the forms provided. The contract time is 56 days. This is a public works project subject to payment of prevailing wages, and all applicable Labor Code provisions regarding payment of prevailing rates, employment of apprentices, hours of labor, and debarment apply. Each bidder must be a Department of Industrial Relations registered contractor and possess a Class A or B contractor license at the time of bid submission. All required forms must be completed, signed, and returned with the bid. A payment bond and a performance bond are required. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept or reject any items, or waive irregularities or informalities in the bidding process. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference is required for bid consideration. Bids shall be submitted online via SecureBids.
