The project is expected to be awarded on April 15,2026.** All required labor, material, equipment, and services for the Citrus Elementary School Modernization & New Construction, for the Chico Unified School District in strict conformity with the Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents. All bids shall be on the forms provided by the District. Each bid must conform and be responsive to all pertinent bid and Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the Instructions to Bidders. Pre-qualification requirements: The Bidder is required to have been prequalified by the District prior to submitting its bid. If the Project has electrical, mechanical, or plumbing components to be performed by subcontractors with the following license classification(s): C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46, those subcontractors are also required to have been prequalified by the District.
