The City of Chico is requesting proposals from qualified roofing contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to install WeatherWeld roofing systems on two (2) roofs at the City of Chico Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP). Project location: 4827 Chico River Road Chico, CA 95928 Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference is required for all vendors wishing to submit a bid. Required completion date: 8/31/2026. The project includes but is not limited to the following tasks (based on manufacturer specifications and/or prior project submittals): o RoofRemoval & Preparation: Remove existing roofing, dispose of debris, and inspect substrate. o Insulation & Substrate: Install per manufacturer spec. o WeatherWeld System Application: Apply WeatherWeld emulsion, fiberglass roving, acrylic base coat, and top coat, per spec. o Metal&Flashing: Install per manufacturer spec. o Warranty & Compliance: Provide manufacturer's warranty (minimum 40 years, or as offered). o Cleanup & Site Restoration: Maintain clean work areas, remove temporary coverings, and restore site.
