Renovation of a museum in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Shepherd University is requesting bids for Popodicon Roof Replacement. All bids must be in accordance with the bidding documents issued electronically by the Architect. Plans can be obtained from Bushey Feight Morin Architects, Inc. Sealed bids for furnishing the supplies, equipment, services, or printing described must be submitted on the specified form, in original and one copy, signed in full, in ink, and received by the Department of Procurement Services to have a date/time stamp affixed on or before the date and time shown for the bid opening. Prices will be based on units specified. The Institution reserves the right to accept or reject bids on each item separately or as a whole, to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to contract in the best interest of the Institution. A mandatory pre-bid is scheduled as indicated. Additional site visits may be coordinated through Jonathan Sherman (304.876.5148). Pre-Bid Conference held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. Deadline for questions shall be 4:00 PM on March 23, 2026. All questions must be emailed to BFM (M. Gehr @ mgehr2@bfmarchitects.com) and Wendy Taylor @ wtaylor@bfmarchitects.com). All questions asked during this meeting shall be emailed in writing. Response to questions to be addressed by addenda.
