Remodeling of an office development in Petoskey, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a office development.
Remove existing flooring materials as specified. Install new commercial-grade flooring (carpet tile, LVT, or specified materials). Prepare and paint designated interior walls, trim, and surfaces. Complete all work in accordance with industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes. Maintain a clean and safe worksite throughout the project. Coordinate work schedule with OEAHC to minimize disruption to other building tenants' businesses. Instructions to bidders: Submit a detailed cost proposal including labor, materials, equipment, and any subcontracted work. Provide a proposed project timeline and anticipated start/finish dates. Include proof of insurance (general liability and workers’ compensation), and a list of at least two recent, relevant commercial projects. Submit tribal preference documentation, if applicable. Sealed bids must be clearly labeled and delivered to the address specified, or submitted electronically in PDF format to the designated email. All bids must be received by the stated deadline. Bids will be evaluated based on cost, qualifications, experience, project timeline, and compliance with submission requirements. OEAHC reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the organization.
