A timeline for the award has not yet been established.* Reference Number 0000410641 Emmet County is soliciting proposals from prospective vendors to provide the County with the removal and replacement of flooring products at the four Emmet County properties listed in the attached Exhibit A. Question Deadline 02/17/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No . Questions shall be submitted in writing to David R. Anolick, Project Manager at danolick@emmetcounty.org . Removal and replacement of flooring products. The purpose of this request for proposal is to invite prospective vendors to submit a proposal to supply Emmet County with the removal and replacement of flooring products at four county facilities per the attached Exhibit A (6 pages). The Vendor shall provide the following related to this particular RFP: A. Remove all existing carpeting, vinyl flooring, and cove base in areas scheduled for flooring replacement. B. Supply and install new carpeting, vinyl flooring, and cove base in accordance with Exhibit B (1 page). All quantities must be field-measured and verified. No plans or drawings are available for the General Aviation Building. C. Provide one carton of "attic stock" for each installed product at every location for future maintenance needs. D. Provide all labor, releasable adhesive, flooring preparation (including removal of existing adhesive), and disposal of all removed flooring materials, cartons, debris, and waste. Include any required permits and associated fees. E. Move, lift, and reset all furniture and equipment as necessary to facilitate installation of new flooring products. F. Protect all existing surfaces, furniture, and equipment throughout the duration of the work. G. Coordinate all work activities with Project Manager David Anolick and designated contacts at each location to avoid disruption to business operations. H. Provide a detailed work schedule, including daily work hours (coordinated with each location contact) and overall project duration with start and end dates. I. Use only low-VOC materials. J. Designate a site superintendent responsible for all on-site communication and coordination with the Project Manager and location contacts. Locations- County Building 3434 Harbor-Petoskey Rd.
