License must be current and valid for the duration of the contract. EPA "Lead-Safe" Certification issued by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. The certification must be current and valid for the duration of contract. Completion Period: 30-Calander Days from date noted in the Notice to Proceed Non-Completion Penalty: $500,00 per day if the required Work is not performed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and in compliance with the Notice to Proceed.
