JPPSB# 2025-13A.2 Sealed bids will be received for Secure Vestibules at Multiple Westbank Schools, Project No. 2025-13 B. Plans and specifications and other information may be secured from the architect/engineer for a deposit of $70.00 per set for a hard copy and/or a non-refundable fee of $25.00 for an electronic set on compact disk. The full deposit of one set of documents will be refunded to each General Contractor, with conditions applying for multiple sets and for documents returned in good condition within ten days after bid opening. Bidding documents are also available for download at the Architects FTP site at no fee. Bidders requesting documents must submit their license number and e-mail address for receiving addenda. Sealed proposals must be marked with the bidder's name, address, telephone number, State License Number if the bid is in excess of $50,000.00, and the statement 'Proposal for (project name and number)'. Bidders may submit bids electronically. Site visits may be conducted at the included schools within specified dates and times, and all visitors must check in at the front desk. Participation by minority and female-owned businesses, as well as businesses located in this Parish, is encouraged. The project is classified as General Building Construction.
