Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a multi-residential development in Marrero, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a multi-residential development.
Demolition and abatement services are requested for the Acre Road Housing Development - Phase 1. Bidders are to provide proposals for the demolition and abatement of the specified facility. The Housing Authority of Jefferson Parish reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in the process, terminate the process at any time, and determine the times and locations for provision of services. All bids submitted are retained and may not be withdrawn after opening without written consent. Instructions include obtaining bid documents through the Housing Authority's website or City Blue Prints Plan Room Website, attending a pre-bid or pre-proposal conference/site visit, meeting the proposal submittal deadlines, and ensuring mailed proposals are postmarked before the deadline.
