The Orange County Transportation Authority invites qualified firms to provide quotes for industrial electrical supplies with a budget of $10,000.00 for a one-year initial term. By submitting a quote, firms must certify they are not subject to any Ukraine/Russia-related economic sanctions imposed by the State of California or the United States Government. Any entity subject to such sanctions is not eligible to submit a quote. Firms must comply with all economic sanctions imposed by the State or U.S. Government. Questions or clarifications must be submitted in writing by 4:00 p.m. on the specified date. Approved equals will not be accepted. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible firm on a lump sum basis, and firms must bid on all line items in the pricing proposal to be considered responsive. Award may be made without further discussion. The successful firm must comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations. By submitting a quote, the firm agrees to the terms and conditions stated in the referenced general provisions.
