Prime contractor must possess a valid CSLB Class B "General Building Contractor" California State Contractor's License. The Contract Time is 70 days. Contractors should consult General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Special Conditions, and General Requirements regarding Milestones and Liquidated Damages. All prospective contractors must be on time and attend the entire pre-bid conference at the locations and times specified.
