Sealed bids for roadway improvement work, including ADA curb ramp replacement, base repairs, cold-in-place recycling, milling, paving, manhole adjustments, and miscellaneous storm and sanitary sewer repairs Estimated Contract Value: $3,964,000.00 Questions Due Date: Apr 15th 2026, 5:00 PM EDT East Pennsboro Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. The Contract Time for this project is one hundred fifty (150) calendar days. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to East Pennsboro Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. NOTE: The Commissioners of East Pennsboro Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of East Pennsboro Township.
