The Licking Park District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional design and construction services for streambank stabilization along the Thomas J Evans Trail at Raccoon Creek in Granville, Ohio. The project involves restoring approximately 60 linear feet of failing bank, installing stormwater drainage as needed for proper flow under the existing trail, as well as repairing asphalt trail, fencing, and landscaping. The selection process for the Design-Builder will be conducted in two stages: first, teams submit qualifications to be considered, and then a short list of teams will be asked to provide a conceptual plan, a detailed scope of services, and a cost proposal covering construction, design, and permitting fees. Instructions for submitting qualifications and additional requirements can be obtained from AABlueprint or the relevant website. The Licking Park District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions based on the specified criteria and requirements.
