The construction contractor shall provide all labor, management, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to complete Project 810CM3033, Gravesite Expansion with FCA Deficiencies, in accordance with all drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Work includes developing approximately 11 acres of undeveloped cemetery land to provide 2,400 columbarium niches, 2,472 in-ground cremains sites, 7,508 pre-placed crypts, 82 traditional casketed gravesites, a 154-marker memorial wall, an architectural entry wall with ornamental fencing, an electrical backup generator, irrigation expansion and repairs, ornamental fencing repairs, fuel tank and pump removal and replacement, drainage improvements, sidewalks, construction fencing, grading, site furnishings, landscaping, and all associated civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure components. Major features include construction of Columbarium C, a 150-marker memorial wall, new pre-placed crypt sections, new in-ground cremains sections, and new traditional burial sections. Additional cemetery improvements include correcting commemorative signage issues, repairing damaged concrete at Committal Shelter A and Columbarium A, sidewalk and drainage upgrades along Pennsylvania Avenue, storm inlet replacement, and comprehensive repairs and upgrades to the irrigation system in burial sections 36 through 42, including salvaging, cataloging, and returning designated irrigation equipment. All work must comply with National Cemetery Administration standards and be completed within 540 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
