Description

Remodeling of a recreation facility in Grants Pass, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 15,000-square-foot recreation facility.

The project requires the contractor to grind and seal approximately 15,000 sq feet of the flooring located in the Commercial Building with a product that is selected by the Contractor and approved by the Josephine County Fairgrounds Project Manager. In addition, there may be areas of the concrete that will need to be repaired as part of this project. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted to: Tamra Martin, Director, 215 Ringuette Street, Grants Pass, OR 97527. The project completion date is May 29, 2026. PROJECT LOCATION: 1451 Fairgrounds Road Grants Pass, OR 97527 Commercial Building Pre-qualification requirements: Prequalification of Bidders is required. The class of work for which Bidders must be prequalified is Construction. Prequalification Applications must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 20, 2026.
