Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grants Pass, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work will consist of the installation of approximately (2) 24" eccentric storm drain manholes with beehive dome, (56) LF of 12" storm drain pipe, (74) LF of 18" storm drain pipe, (60) LF of regrade ditch, (2) Type "B" inlets, (1) Type "D" inlet, (535) LF of 12" water pipe, fittings and appurtenances, constructing (280) LF of infiltration rain garden, asphalt paving and patching, constructing (732) LF of concrete curb & gutter Type "A", (3,775) SF of concrete sidewalk, and road striping. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must be prequalified in conformance with Oregon Revised Statute 279C.430 or the Grants Pass Municipal Code. A prequalification form must be submitted to the City five calendar days prior to the bid opening date for the bid to be considered. The classes of work for which bidders must prequalify are: Temporary Features and Appurtenances, Road Work, Drainage and Sewers, Bases, Wearing Surfaces, Permanent Traffic Safety and Guidance Systems, Right of Way Development & Control, and Water Supply Systems. If a bidder has prequalified with the City within one year prior to the bid opening for the same classes of work, it will not be necessary to prequalify again for this bid. Bidders must state as part of the bid that the provisions of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Wage Rate) will be complied with. The City of Grants Pass may reject any bid not in compliance with all public bidding procedures and requirements or for good cause if it is in the public interest to do so.
