The Proposed Work Includes Approximately the Following: This Project Will Consist of the Installation of Approximately (1 ) 48 Eccentric Storm Drain Manhole, (46) Lf of 6 Storm Drain Pipe, (38) Lf of 8 Storm Drain Pipe, (510) Lf of 12 Storm Drain Pipe, Connecting (5) Existing Storm drains to New Storm Drain, (7) Type G-2 Inlet, (2) Storm Drain Catch Basins, Asphalt Paving and Patching, Constructing (5,867) Sf of Raised Concrete Intersection, (2,466) Sf of Stamped Concrete Crosswalk, (4,491) Sf of Concrete Sidewalk, (207) Sf of Concrete Sidewalk (in Plaza), (258) Sf of Inlaid Brick, (13,688) Sf of Various Pavers, Installing (12) Achitectural Street Lights, (1) Christmas Tree Vault/stand, and Bollards, Benches, Shade Sail System, Landscape Irrigation, Designing and Constructing an Electrical System, and Relocating Existing Monument Signs. The Class or Classes of Work for Which Bidders Must Prequalify Are the Following A Prequalification Form Must Be Submitted to the City Five Calendar Days Prior to the Bid Opening Date in Order for the Bid to Be Considered. All Prequalification Forms Are Due No Later Than 5:00 P.m. On November 14, 2025 The Work Shall Be Completed No Later Than One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days After a Written Notice to Proceed is Given to the Contractor by City.
