The Proposed Work Includes Approximately the Following: This Project Will Consist of the Installation of Approximately 2,955 Lf of 8" Sanitary Sewer Main, (9) 48" Eccentric Sanitary Sewer Manholes, (1) 48" Eccentric Sanitary Sewer Drop Manhole, (1) 8" Sanitary Sewer Cleanout, (80) 4" Sanitary Sewer Laterals, Connecting 5 Existing Sanitary Sewer to New Sanitary Sewer,the Removal of 9 Existing Sanitary Sewer Manhole and Appurtenances, Asphalt Paving and Patching, and Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter A prequalification form must be submitted to the City five calendar days prior to the bid opening date in order for the bid to be considered. ALL PREQUALIFICATION FORMS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M. ON OCTOBER 24, 2025. If the prequalification form is not submitted five calendar days prior to the bid opening date or the bidder has not prequalified with the City within the previous 12 months, the bid will be automatically rejected, remain unopened, marked as "Rejected" and filed with the other bids. The City of Grants Pass may reject any bid not in compliance with all public bidding procedures and requirements, may waive any irregularities, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the City it is in the public interest to do so The work shall be completed no later than ninety (90) calendar days after a written "Notice to Proceed" is given to the Contractor by City.
