Demolition and site work for a residential development in Waukee, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
• Obtain demolition permit. • Remove one story house structure and foundation. • Remove attached and unattached out-building structures and foundation(s) and all additional concrete structures. • Excavate and remove septic tank. • Remove all trees on site. Remove stumps. All tree debris to be removed from site. • Backfill house and other excavation sites with imported black dirt surfacing as required. • Remove electrical service pole. • All backfilled and graded areas to be topped with a minimum of 8” topsoil, stabilized and seeded (hydroseed or broadcast).
