Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Annapolis, Maryland. Completed plans call civil work for a primary / secondary education facility.
Construction Management as Agent Services are required for Anne Arundel County Public Schools. Minority & Small Business Enterprises and Veteran-Owned Businesses are encouraged to respond. Proposals must be signed by a person with legal authority to bind the company to the terms of the RFP and proposal. The executed proposal indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in the RFP. Upon execution by an authorized officer of AACPS, the specifications, terms, general conditions, and price proposal become a legally binding contract between the successful offeror and AACPS.
