Demolition, site work and addition to a library in Elysburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a 6,535-square-foot, two-story above grade library; for the demolition of a library; and for site work for a library.
Project Scope of Work for the SINGLE PRIME CONTRACT; General Construction. Base Bid scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: Addition to Library of a Community Room, Bathroom, and Accessible Lift. Bidders shall be qualified, bondable contractors, with a minimum of five years of experience. Proposals shall be irrevocable for 90 days after bid opening, and shall be accompanied by 10% bid bond or certified check, payable to Ralpho Township Library. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of the project sum will be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive, at its discretion, any or all irregularities, mistakes, or omissions.
