Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Scope of work consists of excavation and onsite disposal, field sub grading, asphalt removal and patching, storm system work and bank restoration to support upgrading to a turf field. Subcontractor Sealed Bid Proposals will be received at Bay County School Board, 1311 Balboa Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401. Do not email or drop off bids to CBC Construction. Bid Documents are available from CBC Construction by emailing Bobby Stavos at bobbys@cbcconstruction.com. Bid documents include subcontract agreement sample, bid proposal form, general items checklist, scope of work checklist, construction schedule, and Bid Form with estimated quantities.
