ReliantSouth Construction Group, acting as Construction Manager for Bay District Schools, is accepting bids from subcontractors and suppliers for various bid packages related to the Campus Refresh at Cedar Grove Elementary, 2826 E. 15th Street, Panama City. The considered scopes are: Sitework, Miscellaneous Demolition, Fencing, Masonry, Aluminum Storefronts, Drywall and Framing, Painting, Signage (including installation), Shade Structure (design/build), Aluminum Structures, and Electrical. Bids may be submitted by email, delivery, mail, or fax. ReliantSouth and Bay District Schools reserve the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, or add additional buildings to the scope. Instructions to bidders and contract documents are available from ReliantSouth Construction Group. SITE VISITS and QUESTIONs Bidders are encouraged to visit each school. If access is needed in the secured areas of the campus, please coordinate a site visit with Brian Baxley (Baxley@ReliantSouth.com or 850-481-6207). Please direct all questions to Brian Baxley also. Subcontractors shall furnish and install materials, labor, equipment & insurance for a comprehensive bid as identified in the contract documents. Proposals are to be submitted on the bid form below. Bidders are not obliged to submit a proposal for each school and the CM reserves the right to award subcontracts to different subcontractors for each scope. 1. Package 2A - Sitework - To include: 1. The drainage work as detailed on the Summer 2026 Drainage Improvement Plans as prepared by ReliantSouth. 2. Sealcoating the pavement area as detailed on Sheet A101. 3. Stripe the sealcoated pavement area to include i. Bringing the existing five (5) H/C spaces to current ADA standards and installing new H/C signage ii. 6' wide pedestrian walk across the front parking lot to align with the Hwy 98 pedestrian walkway. iii. Changing the single row of parking spaces in the front from 90 to 60 degrees as shown on A101 Reposition bumper blocks as necessary after painting them white and then remove any excess. Note - Striping for the parking stall lines to be traffic paint per FDOT Specification 710 and all arrows, handicap symbols, pedestrian walk, and pavement wording to be thermoplastic. (Assume 15 arrows) 4. Removing the existing flagpole and the existing sidewalk that spans from the front parking lot to the Highway 98 sidewalk. (Do note that protection of the existing electrical service in this area is critical since it serves the monument sign) 5. Construction of a new 8' wide concrete sidewalk from the front parking lot to the Highway 98 sidewalk. (Include also the 5' x 5' around the new flagpole and also repouring ~20' of curb at the transition) 6. Construct new asphalt pavement in these small areas utilizing 8" GAB and 3" of SP asphalt: a. The grass island near the dumpster as shown on A104 b. The widened radius as shown on A101. 7. Fine grade and compact the existing soil for the new dumpster pad as shown on A104 and thereafter pour a 14' x 10' concrete pad (8" thick 3000 psi with #4 rebar both ways.). 8. Subcontractor to install 7 ReliantSouth supplied bollards. (3 at the dumpster and 4 at the modified entrance) 9. Pour a 4' x 9' concrete (4" thick) under the 12 new benches
