Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to construct a new boat ramp at the McKenzie boat ramp located at 1501 McKenzie Road, Panama City, FL 32409. Vendors must be Florida licensed General Contractors or Marine Contractors. All sub-contractors must be Florida licensed in their respective trade, and vendors are required to identify any subcontractors providing services that require a license under Florida law. Bids must include proof of State of Florida Contractor's License to be considered responsive. Question Deadline 04/27/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Bidders shall submit all questions, in writing, to the Purchasing Department via email Purchasing@baycountyfl.gov. The budget is $500,000.00.
