The City of Panama City seeks bids from experienced and qualified licensed contractors to provide demolition services for the Voluntary Home Buyout Demolition of Residential Structures. Bids should be submitted to the City’s Purchasing Division via the Bonfire Portal by the specified date and time. The City will accept the bid from the responsible bidder that best meets its needs, considering cost effectiveness, financial responsibility, capability to perform the contract timely, previous satisfactory performance, and other abilities as determined by the City. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after the scheduled closing date. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality, solicit and re-advertise for new bids, or abandon the project in its entirety.
