Renovation of a multi-residential development in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 37,335-square-foot, one-story above grade, 51-unit multi-residential development.
Scope of Work: The work includes replacing wall and gable vinyl siding and soffits with fiber cement siding; replacing fascia boards; replacing gutters and downspouts; exterior painting; and constructing a new property monument sign. The property is approximately 5.0 acres with six one-story buildings (one of which includes the common space), totaling approximately 37,335 square feet (heated and cooled) and 51 apartment units. The exteriors consist of brick veneer and vinyl siding. HUD Section 3 and federal procurement and contract requirements (including certified payroll), bonds, and insurance requirements apply. The project is defined by the bid scope documents. Instructions to Bidders: Project documents (manual, specifications, drawings) will be available for free digital download or at cost for hard copies, or may be viewed by appointment at Florida Architects, Inc., 103 W. 5th Street, Panama City, FL. Interested parties are encouraged to register with the architect for direct downloads and automatic notifications. Bidders can email Cale OQuinn to register. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the architect's office, with an option for online attendance via MS Teams for registered bidders. Questions must be submitted by the specified deadline, and the last addendum will be issued accordingly. Sealed bids must be mailed or delivered to PCHA and received by the specified time; oral, telegraphic, or electronic proposals will not be considered. Bids will be opened in the PCHA Conference Room. Question Deadline 04/21/2026 at 4:00 PM CT Bidders shall promptly notify the Architect of any ambiguity, inconsistency, or error which they may discover upon examination of the Bidding Documents or Contract Documents or of site and local conditions.
