Bids are requested for the Bay District Schools- Mosley High School New Softball Field House. The following bid packages are open: Site Work, Concrete, Masonry, Light Gauge Metal Trusses, Roofing, Spray Foam Insulation, Doors & Hardware, Drywall & Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Specialties, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. All bidding must be done through sealed bids delivered directly or electronically by the specified procedure. MBWBE (Minority, Business, Women Business Enterprises) firms are encouraged to prequalify for the project. Bay District Schools and the Construction Manager reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must prequalify and cannot be on the Federal Vendors Debarred or Suspended List. Bid documents will be provided to all prequalified bidders.
