The general work consists of edge widening, cold planing, and a 2-inch thick 1/2-inch Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) overlay with geosynthetic interlayer on Hay Road and Pleasants Valley Road, and a 3-inch thick 3/4-inch HMA on Patwino Worrtla Kodoi Dihi Open Space Park in Solano County. The work also includes shoulder backing, embankment, signs, and striping. Work must be completed within 60 working days, with an estimated cost of $2,100,000.00. All bidders must submit their bids by the specified deadline, include a bidder's security equal to at least ten percent of the bid, and adhere to prevailing wage requirements. The successful bidder will be required to provide a signed contract, payment bond, performance bond, certificate of insurance, and Tax Identification Number within ten business days after receiving the Notice of Award.
