Renovation of an educational facility in Rigby, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of work can be summarized as replacement of the eight (8) heat pump air handling units serving the gymnasium and the auditorium. Instructions to bidders: Sealed bids will be received by the Clerk of the Board of Trustees, Jefferson County School District No. 251, Rigby, Idaho, at the Boardroom of the Jefferson County School District No. 251 Administration Office, 3850 E 300 N, Rigby, Idaho until 10:00 am, prevailing local time, on Friday, March 20, 2026. Bids not received by the indicated time will not be opened. A pre-bid site walk will NOT be held. Access to review scope areas can be arranged by contacting justin.r.judy@imegcorp.com. Plans, specifications, proposal forms and other information are available for examination at specified locations or electronically from IMEG. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho for all contractors is required. The mechanical contractor will act as prime contractor for this work scope. No bidder may withdraw a bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of Contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty days. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
