Lovering Tank Rehabilitation. The work consists of a full interior and exterior coating replacement along with appurtenant work on the 2.0 MG Lovering Water Storage Tank. A performance bond in an amount equal to 100 percent of the total amount of the contract price with a surety company qualified to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts will be required for the faithful performance of the contract, as well as a labor and materials bond in an amount equal to 100 percent of the total contract price. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Myles Killar, Haley Ward, Inc., 63 Great Road Suite 200, Maynard, MA 01754, and to be given consideration must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
