Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Worcester Technical High School Tufts Tech Clinic Renovations Question Deadline 04/10/2026 All questions and requests for clarifications or interpretations of the meaning of the Contract Documents shall be in writing, via email transmission, addressed to Jeremy C. Flansburg MCPPO, MAPPO, Assistant Purchasing Director, Purchasing Division, 455 Main Street, Worcester, MA 01605, (508) 799-1220 FlansburgJC@worcesterma.gov and to be given consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids. The project scope generally includes: 1. Renovation of an existing 9,100 square foot vocational shop area and the addition to create a new entrance for a new instructional veterinary clinic which is to be available to the public. The work includes the removal and relocation of existing equipment, demolition of interior partitions; modifications to existing fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems; the construction of new interior partitions with new floor and ceiling finishes; the construction of a new 465 square foot addition with an exposed steel canopy; and associated site improvement work. 2. The work area is within a fully operational and occupied technical high school. Spaces directly adjacent to the work area will be occupied by staff and students during normal school hours and during after-hours programs. The contractors and all workers shall complete CORI checks through the Owner. All work shall be coordinated with the Owner so that there will be no disruptions to services in the building except during off hours, weekends, and vacation periods.
