Complete the Form for General Bid (including all required pages and unit pricing). Submit the bid in a sealed envelope properly marked with the bid number, project name, and the bidder's name and address in the upper left-hand corner. Bid Security of 5% of the total bid must be included. All required forms per city policies and programs must be submitted. Bidders must refer all questions in writing. Streets to be resurfaced are Castine St, Eagle Rd, Nottingham Rd, Pasadena Pkwy, Sears Island Dr, and Brandon Rd. This project is subject to Chapter 90 funding and requires prequalification according to 720 CMR 5.00. Prequalification by MassDOT in the class of Highway Construction is required for a project valued at $3,291,566.85. Pre-qualification requirements: Interested bidders must be prequalified by MassDOT (or have been granted a waiver by MassDOT) for Highway Construction with an estimated project value of $3,291,566.85. All questions must be referred in writing to Stephen McDonald via email at: MCDONALDS@WORCESTERMA.GOV Question Deadline 03/20/2026 All questions and requests for clarifications or interpretations of the meaning of the Contract Documents shall be in writing, addressed to the Purchasing Department, City of Worcester, and to be given consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids
