Flooring Replacement at Rebecca Johnson Elementary School- The City of Springfield Massachusetts (the " City " ) through its Department of Parks , Buildings & Recreation Management (" DPBRM " ) - Facilities Division is seeking bids from qualified firms to enter into an agreement to provide flooring installation services for Rebecca Johnson Elementary School located at 55 Catharine Street . Springfield , MA 01109 . The work at Rebecca Johnson consists of the following : tile floors- must coordinate with COS plumber on repair / resetting of floor drain and ensure proper pitch to floor drains . Blastrac , bead blast or other abrasive methods to remove epoxy floors where specified . It will be the contractor's responsibility to work around or relocate / reinstall obstacles . The vendor will plan to dispose of all waste and cover all associated costs with dumpster location coordinated with COS facilities . COS will support power needs using available power onsite . If generator is needed , it will be the vendor's responsibility . On the epoxy floors : The vendor will then furnish and install ProREZ , one-eighth thick solid color epoxy overlay or approved equal . All work should coincide with the manufacturer's written instructions .
